The Dorothy Holman tai chi class is located in the middle of Topsham on the Recreation grounds. Surrounded by trees and the river, this hall is a wonderful space to practise tai chi, qigong and meditation.
This is a class where beginners start their practise, whilst there will be some students who know the whole tai chi form. Sometimes we will take the practise outside as there is a nice secluded spot in between some trees, next to the river.
Price £10.00 per session
