Tai Chi Form parts 1-2 workshop

2 hours practising the first half of the tai chi form. Location – St John’s Church, Exmouth, Withycombe Road EX8 3AE. Price £16.00

Two hours purely focussed on the first half of the tai chi form will give you a chance to look deeper into the technical aspects of each move. You will need to know the moves up to cross hands and booking is essential.
