Exmouth Pavilion Tai Chi
Exmouth Pavilion Tuesday afternoon’s 3:30 pm – 4:30 pm. This class is open to anyone wanting to practice tai chi and qigong. It is located in the Exmouth Pavilion and is suitable for beginner’s. Classes are £6.00 per session and you can pay on the day or book at Exmouth Pavilion. It is a big hall so there will be plenty of space.
Sometimes the hall will be used for a theatre show and, on these dates, we cannot use the hall. We may find an outside location and you are welcome to contact me about these sessions. You can always check with the Pavilion but the current dates when we will be running classes in 2023 are;
