Cheng Man Ching Form 2 hours intensive session

When: 12.08.25: 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

In this session we will practise the Cheng Man Ching form continuously for 2 hours. Each time a technique or emphasise will be added. You will need to know the whole tai chi form for this session. Afterwards for anyone who is still standing upright, we will then head to a pub in Exmouth for some refreshments. Cost £10.00
