Bagua with John Fowler

John Fowler has a wealth of knowledge on the 3 internal Chinese martial arts of tai chi, bagua and xingyi. In this session we will cover some of the basic principles of bagua and we will begin to learn a bagua hand form. Anyone is welcome although it is advised that you have 6 months previous experience in either tai chi or another martial art.
