3 Workshops in Sidmouth 22nd November

We have 3 workshops covering the White Crane Qigong sequence, also parts 1,2 and 3,4 of the Cheng Man Ching tai chi form. Each workshop will cost £20.00 for 2 hours and are located at the Dissenters of Sidmouth – EX10 8ER. 9:30 am – 11:30 am Qigong: The White Crane Sequence all 5 sets of movement
12:00 pm – 2:00 pm: Tai Chi Form parts 1-2
2:30 pm – 4:30 pm: Tai Chi Form parts 3-4
