13th July 10:30 – 12:30 pm: Parts 3 and 4 of the tai chi form (experience of parts 1 and 2 needed) – £15.00

1:00 – 3:00 pm: Introduction to broadsword (no experience needed), we can provide the swords – £15.00

3:30 – 5:30 pm: Individual input into your tai chi form, small group max 8 people, (you will need to be able to work on your tai chi form alone) – £15.00
